Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ikaret ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use ikaret services.

01Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive the following from your Google account:

  • Google account identifier
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Profile picture URL

We also use a session cookie to keep you signed in.

02How we use it

We use this information only to sign you in, identify your account, and contact you about the service. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

03Google user data

We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We do not request or access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.

ikaret's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

04Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes data on our behalf to operate the service.

05Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@ikaret.org; we delete your information within 30 days of the request.

You can also revoke ikaret's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/connections.

06Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the service.

07Children

ikaret services are not directed to children under 14.

08Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.

개인정보처리방침

ikaret(이하 "운영자")은 ikaret 서비스 이용 시 처리하는 개인정보에 관하여 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

01개인정보의 처리 목적

로그인 및 이용자 식별, 서비스 관련 연락을 위해서만 처리하며, 광고·프로파일링에 이용하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

02처리하는 개인정보 항목

  • Google 로그인 시: Google 계정 식별자, 이름, 이메일 주소, 프로필 사진 URL
  • 자동 생성 정보: 로그인 유지를 위한 세션 쿠키

Google 데이터는 openid, email, profile 범위만 요청하며, Gmail·Drive·캘린더·연락처 등 그 밖의 Google 데이터에는 접근하지 않습니다.

Google API로부터 받은 정보의 사용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Limited Use 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.

03보유 및 이용 기간

계정이 유지되는 동안 보유하며, 삭제 요청 시 요청일로부터 30일 이내에 파기합니다. 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

04파기 절차 및 방법

보유 기간이 끝나거나 삭제 요청을 받으면 지체 없이 파기하며, 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.

05제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 호스팅 사업자 Cloudflare, Inc.에 처리를 위탁합니다.

06정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, contact@ikaret.org로 요청하시면 지체 없이 조치합니다. Google 계정 설정(myaccount.google.com/connections)에서 ikaret의 접근 권한을 직접 해제할 수도 있습니다.

07안전성 확보 조치

모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화하며, 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.

08아동의 개인정보

만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.
